The Food Pyramid

The Swiss Food Pyramid illustrates the ideal distribution of food across our menus: lots of water, fruit and vegetables form the base of a balanced diet, followed by plenty of starchy foods such as potatoes, pasta, rice or bread. Top this with some dairy products, meat, fish, eggs, as well as fat and oil – and add a few sweets for the “cherry on the cake” of a healthy diet.
