The term fruit is a collective term for the seeds of perennial plants. Fruit provide lots of colourful variety and healthy pleasure. They are rich in vitamins, minerals and food fibres, and contribute to people’s health and well-being.

With the exception of olives and avocados, fruit has an extremely low fat content. They also contain lots of fruit acids and carbohydrates, mostly in the form of fructose which makes them sweet.

To provide your body with sufficient valuable vitamins, minerals and food fibre, we recommend two daily portions of 120 grams each.
